Alien "Rags to Riches" story

Welcome to a very special ally tribute. This one is about Piggy from Power Rangers SPD. Piggy is first introduced as a friend of Z & Jack who also lives on the streets of Newtech City. He has a habit of collecting stinky food and is deterred by stuff that smells "Good". He has information on different alien characters and items from throughout the Galaxy. In a surprising twist during the climax of "Beginnings" part 2, he helps Emperor Grum by giving him the Proton Excelarator. Piggy continues to aid both SPD and Grumm throughout the season. Then during the "Shadow" story Piggy finds a winning Lottery ticket and creates his own outdoor restaurant for Aliens. Having his own business goes to his head a bit and he sometimes pushes the Rangers away but their courage and also Jack's trickery helps their relantionship stay in one piece. Then in the Finale Piggy pulls his wildest move of the whole season, and captures the Rangers for Grum. In part 2 Piggy is shown to be debating with himself as to whether or not he did the right thing. He asks for a "sign", and then his restaurant RV falls off a cliff and explodes into pieces. Then as the Rangers receive help from what at first appears to be a crybot turned rogue, Piggy reveals he is in the suit and he tells them that although he has a lot to make up for, he asks for their forgiveness. Piggy goes on to join Jack and Ally's new company in the finale.Piggy's story is an amazing one showing that even the most lost sole can be redeemed! He is played by Barnie Duncan.
