"All I want is one final battle!" PRLG

This is my tribute to Loyax, featured in the Lost Galaxy episode "Loyax, Last Battle." This will be my first official oneshot monster chronicle. Loyax was not evil, he was also not super powerful. He sought the chance to go down as a honorable warrior, to fight one last battle. This was a very different monster concept. In PRIS (In Space) and PRLG (Lost Galaxy) neither Astronema nor Scorpius created monsters. The monsters came to them. They all had their reasons for wanting to battle the Rangers, but Loyax certainly had the most interesting. Back to the story, he has a small skrimskish with Maya the Yellow Ranger. They fall off a cliff together. Both of them have battle injuries. Then they help each other to survive. During the final battle with the Rangers he at first refuses to fight but the then is forced to by Deviot who attaches a device to his body. He struggles against it but fights on. Even though the Rangers don't want to destroy him, they have to because it's the only way to save him. After the fight Maya puts his sword in the ground, saying he can at last rest in peace. Loyax is voiced by Simon Prescott. Monster status destroyed. Loyax's story represents an incredible personal struggle. A character who is so much more then he first seems. He is without a doubt one of my ultimate favorite Lost Galaxy Monsters!
