Energetic and Multi-colored

Remember your friends in high school? Remember that one weird kid, who often came up with weird ideas, and sometimes got you in trouble, but you liked having him around? Well I've actually known about seven different kids like that but that's besides the point. Bridge Carson from Power Rangers SPD fits this profile quite well. Bridge was first introduced at the academy alongside Sky and Syd and was chosen to be the Green Ranger. Bridge's genetic power allows him to read aruas of whoever he meets and scans with his hand. He can also use this ability to find hidden objects. Bridge has become fascinated with technology and can figure out almost any machine. He also has a tech magazine subscription. Bridge is tricky and clever. He was the star of many episodes. He figured out who the true bank robber was in "Abridged", stopped a big robot attack in "Robopalooza", survived being kidnapped by the Alien trader Berok in "Missing", and worked alongside android agent S.O.P.H.I.E. to stop Gorodon and save SPD headquarters from his wrath in the "Wired" 2-parter.

Bridge is an incredible character. SPD's B-squad really would be lost without him. Bridge is promoted to Blue Ranger at the end of the season. We didn't get to see him as the Blue Ranger but we did get to see him wear Red during "Once A Ranger" in PROO. Bridge is a very creative and wild hero. Bridge and Z have a close friendship perhaps closer than they might realize. Very strong romantic potential there! Bridge gets along well with everyone. However he sometimes ticks Sky off. Despite the fact that S.O.P.H.I.E. is an android I see them as a possible T.O.M.O. pair. Bridge is played by Matt Austin. Bridge was also the first to be suspicious of the A-squad. Anyways going back to how I started this post, one friend like that who was really special to me was Kris Kalinger. I didn't know him for very long but I will never forget him. It's really great to have friends like that. Now all five returning heroes from "Once A Ranger" have been featured on this blog. A sixth one would have been cool but I think the team was rounded out well. Too bad they were only together for two episodes. Here's the team line-up one more time-Bridge Red, Tori Blue, Kira Yellow, Xander green, with classic Black Ranger Adam as their leader. Bridge is a Fantastic Ranger, no matter what color he is!
