When asked about Rocky Desantos many fans will commonly mention the episode "Rocky Just Wants to Have Fun." I personally don't think that was the best Rocky episode. It's a good story but he spends nearly the entire episode as a victim. He comes out on top there but I think his better moments came along down the road. He really is a cool Power Rangers character and developed well over-time. Rocky originally joined the cast alongside Adam and Aisha. He becomes the second Red Ranger and goes on to become the Blue Ranger during Power Rangers Zeo. He appears in both movies. Then he fades out after a cameo in the first episode of Turbo. Rocky has a wild attitude and a strong sense of humor. He likes to have fun but has a tough fighter inside of him. He has become a Karate master. He trained hard from a young age. He has been shown as a Karate teacher and has talked of opening his own Karate school. Rocky once boldy challenged King Mondo by himself. He failed to stop him but helped the Rangers gather info for their next fight. Rocky often looks for chances to prove himself. He has been referred to as both a Ninja and a Cowboy. It is common for Rocky to be paired with either Kimberly or Aisha in FanFiction. Last Year, Rocky was featured as a special guest for the Ninja Steel anniversary episode.

Rocky is played by Steve Cardenas. Rocky was Jason Scott's successor and this is one reason, some fans come down on him. I like Rocky a lot myself and I believe he's a fun character. Rocky demonstrates Wisdom & Strength. These attributes are needed to control his Ape Ninja Powers. Rocky often gives out fun banter during battles. His Charisma, Charm, and spirit make him a Wonderful Classic Character.
