Oneshot Villains

These are the villains who only appeared once but were also very interesting. In my point of view these characters could have had amazing story arcs. I think their potential was wasted. Also some of them had been destroyed but not all of them. I will add a character status for the character I do each time. Traditionally the Rangers do battle a villain every week but these are really exceptional ones. The sample villain attached to this post is Pachinko Head featured during "Rocky Just Wants to Have Fun". He likes to talk in rhyme and had the ability to turn his opponents into giant Pachinko Balls. He was destroyed by the Thunder Megazord. Pachinko Head was voiced by michael Sorich. There are plenty more to come.
